* The first breakfast products (baker's in the next
village).
* Water, electricity and heating whatever
the season.
* Access to main house laundry in an outbuilding.
* Bin emptying as much as necessary (recycling).
* Final cleaning (not daily one) and at least once a week
for longer stays.
Access to the
house, the parkland and the terraces.
Possibility of booking guest dinners sometimes in the limit of
15 guests.
